In the client area navigation bar, you'll see a link for "Billing". From this, Select "Payment Methods":
From the next screen, you can click the "Add New Credit Card" button to add new credit card details. You can also delete any existing credit card details.
Enter your updated CC details and click Save Changes:

You meet all the requirements of the Registrant Agreement to be a Registrant, to apply for the registration of a Domain Name Registration, and to hold and maintain a Domain Name Registration, including without limitation CIRA's Canadian Presence Requirements for Registrants.
